to enter their names.  Only those people, whose names are on the sign-on list before the posted sign-on closing time,   the posted sign-on
?Trophies.)Trophies.)Trophies.)Trophies.)Trophies.)Trophies.)Trophies.)Trophies.)v               Trophies.) shall be accepted as participants.  (This rule does not apply to Floating Trophies.)
3. A competition notice shall be clearly marked “Open Competition” or “ABC Club Competition”.
  a.  An Open Competition is open to all participants who sign on, regardless of club affiliation or lack of club affiliation.
  b.  A Club Competition is for all ABC members and their immediate family (spouse and children).  All other participants are
considered Guests and may be eligible for a Guest prize.
4. All fish must be brought to the ABC weigh-in jetty by the boat making the catch.
5. All landed fish for competitions must be weighed-in at the ABC and entered in the Fishing Book.
6. Billfish.
  a.  Landed Billfish are not recognized in any Apapa Boat Club fishing competition.  There is no penalty for landing a Billfish
but no records are kept and we consider ourselves a Billfish Friendly Environment.
  b.  Tag and release of Billfish shall only be accepted with correct digital evidence.  This digital evidence must be witnessed,
on the day of the catch, by a member of the Fishing Sub-Committee, who is not involved in the catch.  If no member of the
Fishing Sub-Committee is available then the digital evidence must be sent by E-mail  to the Fishing Competition Secretary.
  c.  Tagged and Released Billfish will score in competition as follows:

Sailfish tag & release 20 points, which equals 20kg.
7. Competitors must have been seen to pass the end of the jetty before competition closing time to be included in the weigh in.
The only Time Piece accepted for this shall be the Club Clock in the Radio Tower.  Inclusion after a late weigh-in, due to
rendering assistance to another person or a breakdown is at the Fishing Sub-Committees’ discretion
8. Only non-mutilated fish will be accepted.
9. All fish may be subject to being marked whilst being weighed and no similarly marked fish will be accepted.
10. Available members of the ABC Fishing Section sub-committee will resolve all protests, which must be submitted within half
